About the Role: Littlefish is seeking aSystem Administrator Team Leaderto guide a team of skilled professionals managing large-scale End User Computing (EUC) environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll ensure operational excellence, drive technical improvements, and support the development of your team in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of System Administrators
• Manage EUC estates of 5,000+ devices
• Oversee device management using SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, and MDT
• Ensure SLA compliance and ticket quality (age, updates, backlog)
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle escalations and support transitions
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and prioritization

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in team management and development
• High-level knowledge of enterprise infrastructure
• Experience with public cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Autopilot and/or SCCM/MDT for device builds
• Ability to manage time and work under pressure
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others
• Diplomatic and solutions-focused
• Willingness to undertake further training
• Flexibility to work additional hours and travel on an ad-hoc basis
• Experience with automation
• Good understanding of security principles
• Experience managing Mac environments
