We are looking for a skilled Systems Accountant to join an established charity organisation in Birmingham. This role offers the perfect blend of public sector ethos and private sector efficiency, providing a unique working environment. The organisation is in the early stages of migrating from SAP to another system, and your expertise will be crucial in this transition. This role offers flexible hybrid working, and the potential for permanency after an initial temporary 6-month period.

What you'll do:

As a Systems Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning from SAP to a new system. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the migration process, utilising your accounting skills to ensure a smooth transition, and working closely with the finance team. You'll provide hands-on support throughout the process, ensuring all financial data is accurately transferred and integrated. Your problem-solving skills will be put to good use as you troubleshoot any issues that arise during the migration.
