Kibble is seeking a motivated family worker to provide direct systemic interventions with families, including parents and carers, using therapeutic approaches. The role involves dyadic work with parents/children, family-focused activities, and collaboration with education, care teams, health, and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or above with experience providing intervention to families.
• A counsellor or psychotherapist registered with a regulatory body with knowledge of systemic practice and experience working with families.
• Desirable: Foundation/Intermediate Certificate in Systemic Practice.
• Understanding of the impact of trauma and child development approaches.
• Experience of delivering interventions with families and young people, monitoring individual/group interventions for challenged families.

Responsabilités

• Implement systemic interventions for individuals, carers, staff and families using systemic models.
• Work with young people and families in residential settings and family homes.
• Collaborate with therapeutic practitioners and psychology team.
• Provide consultation to professionals regarding systemic formulation and care planning.
• Provide systemic advice and consultation contributing to intervention or care plans.
