Elysium Healthcare's Brighton and Hove Hospital seeks a Systemic Family Therapist to deliver systemic psychotherapy within a CAMHS Eating Disorder service for young people and their families. You will work in a multidisciplinary team, supporting risk management and care planning while applying family-based systemic approaches.

Qualifications

• Formal Family Therapist qualification (required).
• Experience working with adolescents in CAMHS settings with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver systemic family psychotherapy for young people admitted to the ward and their families/support networks.
• Provide systemic assessments and interventions.
• Support staff development through training, consultations and reflective practice.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary risk management, care planning and decision-making.
• Lead or participate in groups such as carer support groups.
