Emerald Place Clinic within Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Systemic Family Therapist to join a CAMHS inpatient service for young people aged 8-18. You will deliver systemic family psychotherapy, conduct assessments, and work with the multidisciplinary team to support recovery.

The role offers supervision, training opportunities, and career development within a supportive Therapies Team, with a focus on staff development, risk management, and high-risk cases, alongside a strong network of CAMHS

Qualifications

• Must have formal Family Therapist qualification.
• Registration with UKCP.
• Experience working with adolescents and families in CAMHS setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly-skilled systemic interventions for families of young people with complex health needs.
• Conduct systemic assessments and formulate treatment plans.
• Support staff development through training, consultations and reflective practice sessions.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to integrate systemic perspectives into risk management and care planning.
