Job summary

Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Systemic Family Therapist to join Potters Bar Clinic in Hertfordshire, delivering systemic family psychotherapy for young people aged 13–18 in a 24-hour care setting.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, staff development, and leadership within the Therapies Team. A Master’s/Doctorate in Systemic Psychotherapy and UKCP registration are required. Part-time 22.5 hours weekly with pro rata salary offered.

Qualifications

• Qualifying course in Systemic Psychotherapy at Master’s or doctorate level.
• Registration with UKCP.
• Experience working with adolescents and families in CYPMHS settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly-skilled systemic interventions for families of young people with complex mental health needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis planning.
• Contribute to MDT risk management, care planning and decision-making.
• Lead staff training, consultations and reflective practice sessions.
• Support staff development and service improvements within Therapies Team.
