Where you will be working:
Ty Glyn Ebwy is expanding its services to women in a specialist eating disorder setting, focusing on treating eating disorders, alongside addressing conditions like depression, self-harm, physical health concerns, and psychological distress including trauma.
You will be responsible for delivering systemic family psychotherapy within the service, providing assessments and interventions to women admitted to the ward and their families or support systems. You will support staff development, participate in training, consultations, staff support, and contribute systemic input into the multidisciplinary team.
You will receive regular clinical and professional supervision and will be supported to develop your clinical and leadership skills as part of your career development. You will join a proactive Therapies Team and have access to a network of psychological therapists across Elysium Healthcare. There are excellent opportunities for professional growth.
You should have experience in managing a service user's caseload, including assessing those with complex needs, supporting families, developing care plans, and delivering psychological treatments within Eating Disorder services.
