Job description

Contribute significantly to the creation of a greenfield systematic trading engine by constructing essential elements like the signal framework, portfolio construction, data layer, and back-testing library.
Encourage innovation by assessing new technologies and determining the system architecture's strategic direction.
Conduct technology analyses as needed, such as system scalability or the appropriateness of vendor product features.
Take responsibility for the upkeep and ownership of trading software, taking the initiative to optimize or refactor parts as needed.
Create and share project roadmaps while balancing conflicting priorities and gaining support from stakeholders.
Create and implement new, methodical user interfaces and workflows for efficient, touchless trading.
