Job summary

Fitch Ratings, headquartered in London, seeks a Director for our London office to lead investor development and strategic engagement with institutional investors. You will drive outreach to buy-side and sell-side communities, strengthening Fitch’s brand and embedding Fitch ratings into investor workflows.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in international fixed income, with exceptional relationship-building and strategic messaging skills.

Qualifications

6-8 years sell-side or buy-side experience in international fixed income capital market.
Excellent written communication skills and ability to create strategic messaging.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with corporate and project finance investors.
Embed Fitch ratings into investor workflows and broaden acceptance across asset classes.
Develop outreach strategies for buy-side and sell-side analysts and investor groups.
Manage relationships with fixed income investors across a portfolio of institutions.
Organize meetings, present Fitch capabilities, and educate investors on criteria.
Lead outreach and campaigns (conferences, roadshows, webinars) with BRM, Marketing, and Events teams.
