Location: Cambridge - onsite

Do you want to craft the next generation of smartphone and tablet solutions, extracting the maximum performance and power efficiency from the latest process and packaging technologies?

You will tackle challenging development work to help kickstart projects, run sophisticated proof-of-concepts, and be a technical leader from the front.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with engineering leadership and product planning teams to develop technology roadmaps.
• Translating technology requirements into platform architecture, including hardware, software, tools, and other components.
• Collaborating across architecture and core technology teams to support the development of architecture platforms and features for smartphones and large-screen compute SoCs.
• Evaluating architecture proposals and IP features, providing leadership across hardware, software, and platform groups.
• Representing the client in customer meetings with high technical credibility.
• Building high-level architecture specifications for engineering teams.
• Designing experiments and analyses to address architectural questions and developing relevant tools and models.
• Communicating results and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
