Job Description:

Salary up to £38,207 (dependent on experience) plus a £2,000 South East allowance for candidates based at Culham, and a generous benefits package.
Location: Culham, Oxfordshire or Whitehaven, Cumbria (hybrid working).
Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week).

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring stability, continuity, and availability of all core applications, providing rapid response to incidents and user queries.
  2. Supporting business processes by working with management and end-users on applications and reports.
  3. Managing applications and projects, including setup, maintenance, and service delivery.
  4. Supporting problem and knowledge management, creating and maintaining knowledge articles.
  5. Handling operational activities through incident and data resolution to minimize user disruption.
  6. Configuring and managing systems according to change control processes and security requirements.
  7. Providing second/third line incident and data resolution, managing requests and incidents with service management tools.
  8. Participating in User Acceptance Testing for patches and system improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience with Business Systems or Applications, preferably Oracle Fusion, HCM, and related modules.
  • Willing to obtain ITIL Foundation Certification within 12 months.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to understand technical issues.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and customer liaison.
  • Methodical and organized approach.
  • Excellent communication skills adaptable to all audiences.
