The role:

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of systems engineers, guiding the design, integration, and delivery of advanced electromechanical systems for defence applications. You will ensure engineering excellence across the full lifecycle, support cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also contribute to strategic planning, support bids, and keep the team aligned with evolving technologies and industry standards.
