Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Pre sales and Design team as a System Optimisation Advanced Apprentice!
The aim of our specialist role is to ensure the quality of data within the Pre-Sales & Design department and continuous improvement of tools and systems utilised. Working closely with the Technical Services manager to investigate and implement state of the art tools to support the department in maintaining a best-in-class service.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintenance of Performance Statistics.
- Implement and maintain robust digital solutions for departmental processes.
- Liaise with internal and external consultants and suppliers.
- Assist Technical Services Manager to improve processes to fit changing market needs.
- Responsible for the content and calculation method behind on-line specification tools.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Degree-level proficiency in Information Technology
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Proven record of data management
- Excellent project management skills
- Self-motivated and can work well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate in programs such as Microsoft PowerApps
- Experience with object orientated programming (visual studio etc.)
- Work to deadlines and Flexible

Contract Duration: 23 months
Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
