This organisation specializes in developing, delivering, and managing critical BESS infrastructure, contributing significantly to the drive towards net zero. With 1GWh under construction and a substantial multi-gigawatt pipeline worldwide, they are expanding their highly skilled team.
Role Overview: The System Engineer will undertake various engineering tasks across project development, construction, and operational stages, including drafting electrical designs, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, and supporting asset management.
Ideal Candidate: A design engineer with an electrical bias, proven experience in heavy engineering environments, and a relevant engineering degree (electrical, mechanical, power, etc.). Flexibility to travel internationally is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Location & Travel: Office-based in London (minimum 3 days/week) with international travel as required.
Qualifications: Degree in electrical, mechanical, power, or similar engineering discipline. Experience in power generation infrastructure or heavy manufacturing, renewables, rail, or heavy machinery manufacturing preferred.
