Job summary

Frontier Resourcing is seeking a System Engineer to support a major Royal Navy simulation programme. You will work across the full systems engineering lifecycle, collaborating with engineering teams, customers and stakeholders to develop, integrate and deliver complex technical solutions that meet requirements.

You will contribute to system design, integration and testing, manage technical issues and help develop mission-critical defence and simulation capability, with strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Experience in complex engineering systems or technical programmes.
• Defence/aerospace/maritime experience advantageous.
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance — sole UK national.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of systems engineering activities across a complex Royal Navy simulation programme.
• Contribute to system design, architecture and lifecycle activities.
• Develop and manage technical requirements to meet objectives.
• Support system integration, verification, testing and acceptance.
• Identify and manage risks and engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Contribute to design reviews and technical documentation for demonstrations.
