System Engineer - BESS

Remote

Are you a design engineer with knowledge and experience working on BESS developments, looking for an autonomous role where your technical expertise will be valued and you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of renewable infrastructure across the UK?

In this role, the System Engineer will drive the technical design and development of projects from origination through to construction. This will involve producing site layouts and SLD designs, providing technical support for procurement, EPC tendering and due diligence, liaising and negotiating with EPC and DNOs, and carry out battery acceptance testing.

The ideal candidate will have a background in design engineering for BESS projects, and strong AutoCAD experience. You should also hold a Bachelors degree or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or similar.

*Strong experience using AutoCAD

*Willing to travel when requried
