Our Playback Operations Systems Group seeks a passionate, results-oriented, and operationally focused System Development Engineer. You will support our device automation systems that underpin live events and 24/7 linear operations, analyzing and resolving issues to enhance customer experience. The role requires quick learning and handling multiple overlapping tasks.
Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
Morning: Check-in on system health and alerts, diagnose issues.
Mid-Morning: Develop and test automation scripts to improve workflows.
Lunchtime: Share knowledge and discuss monitoring solutions.
