System Administrator

Location: Hereford * Hybrid

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you'll take a proactive lead in overseeing day-to-day IT operations while also contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation's technology landscape. Blending hands-on technical work with oversight responsibilities, you'll collaborate across departments to ensure infrastructure, security, and systems align with business needs and evolving industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver and maintain reliable IT services, including infrastructure, user support, and device management
  2. Coordinate and drive the full lifecycle of technical projects, from initial planning through to successful delivery
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance on IT and cybersecurity matters to both internal teams and clients
  4. Continuously assess systems and processes, recommending upgrades or enhancements where needed

Experience & Qualifications

  1. 5+ years' experience in IT Administration and infrastructure
  2. Solid knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, and cyber
  3. Experience with project management and stakeholder communication
  4. Proficient in Office 365, MDM, Microsoft, Google, Apple
