We are a fast-paced PE-backed company experiencing high growth and operational transformation. Following a restructuring in the wider group, this role has been given a broad remit across NA trading companies, working closely with the central finance team.

This position will be responsible for producing reconciled TB and 'flash' management accounts for multiple entities to facilitate group consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of a new ERP system and act as the principal system administrator.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and IT to implement financial systems and processes.
• Lead configuration, data imports, and oversee UAT development and completion.
• Maintain ongoing system architecture and data quality oversight.
• Develop and train users to ensure best practices.
• Provide 1st line system support for the live business unit.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Essential:

• Experience supporting system implementation projects.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in system documentation and process optimization.

Desirable:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience in a software business with recurring revenue recognition.
• Experience working with international groups of companies.
