Now working with >25 customers (multiple leading OEMs) and earlier this year we completed the largest ever Series A in composites manufacturing to fuel a significant scale-up with growth plans that will see the business multiply in size over the next 2-3 years and expand operations into Europe and the US.

The business currently has facilities in Gloucester UK (Factory 1), Bristol UK (Hardware R&D Centre) and in Athens GR (Software R&D Centre).

We are looking for a SYSPRO Super User Technician to join our growing team! You will be responsible for all aspects of the ERP/MRP system including system configuration, technical assistance, training, software specification and implementation and reports.

What will you be doing?

1. To align the software with iCOMAT’s working practices.
2. Provide the ability to interrogate the performance and costs of the business.
3. To create process documentation and user guides.
4. To provide support for all users, providing and delivering training sessions.
5. Creation of “Dashboards” to suit requirements of each member of the Senior Team.
6. System maintenance.

What do we need from you?

1. Knowledge of setting up and maintaining an MRP/ERP system (Syspro preferred).
2. Knowledge of sales, purchasing, planning, scheduling, warehouse, BoM’s, Routings and stock modules.
3. Good business process knowledge within the manufacturing sector.
4. Ability to deliver training and product knowledge.
5. Data Manipulation.
6. Report writing skills (using Crystal).
7. VB Scripting / C#.
8. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
