Our proprietary software is installed in the customer's hosted cloud environment and managed by us. This position involves implementing and supporting customer environments, including gathering customer-specific configurations, preparing environments for go-live, and responding to customer support tickets. The role requires knowledge of analyzing and articulating common business processes and decisions to resolve customer issues. The employee should work well in a small team, be willing to share responsibilities, and interact with internal staff, managers, and customers worldwide. A passion for technology, continuous learning, and the ability to mentor others are essential for success.
