Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of infrastructure, system administration, and deployment workflows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure, networking, and private network connectivity.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including security principles.
• Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Understanding of web hosting platforms such as IIS and Nginx.
• Familiarity with high-availability or real-time systems; experience in financial services environments is advantageous.
• Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted tooling for scripting, automation, or monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and scale both cloud infrastructure and on-premise environments.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Maintain secure and resilient network infrastructure, including connectivity with third-party providers.
• Ensure platform reliability through effective alerting and incident response.
• Monitor system performance and collaborate with QA and technical teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support efficient development and release practices alongside engineering and product teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues in a time-sensitive environment.
• Implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, tooling, and standards.
• Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and monitoring capabilities.
• Provide support for global users across multiple time zones.
