Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a DevOps Engineer in London to design, build and operate infrastructure and deployment platforms across predominantly on-premise environments. You will work with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools to automate and scale critical workloads, collaborating with infrastructure, platform engineering, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience within DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including deployment and administration.
• Proven experience working within on-premise infrastructure environments.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Puppet or Terraform.
• CI/CD experience using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience using Git-based source control tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within Financial Services, Trading Technology or other regulated environments.

This is an opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to work at the intersection of infrastructure engineering and AI technology within a high-performance environment. THE ROLE

As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting infrastructure and deployment platforms across predominantly on-premise environments.
