A leading global insurance marketplace is seeking a Syndicate Performance Manager to influence underwriting performance and strategy. You will own partnering relationships with Managing Agents and manage portfolio performance against business plans. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, an understanding of P&L practices, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Exciting and market engaging opportunity to influence the underwriting performance, strategy and oversight of a select group of Managing Agents for which you will own the partnering relationships. Continuous performance management, focusing at portfolio level, including assessing performance at a syndicate and class of business level against approved syndicate business plans in order to drive sustainable profitable performance and growth.
Working with CUOs and Active Underwriters across all classes providing high quality analysis, guidance, and insight across their product lines whilst also leading new market wide initiatives and Lloyd's strategies in response to evolving market conditions and challenges.
The collaborative and experienced Underwriting team will be on hand to support the transition into this unique role.
