A leading public service provider in Scotland seeks an Administrative Assistant for the Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team. This role involves minute-taking for critical meetings and managing communications with both internal colleagues and external agencies. Rate: £14.93 - £15.14 per hour

We have an opportunity to join the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team. We are offering the following posts:
Working hours for 35-hour posts are Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 16:45 and Friday 08:45 – 16:15. The hours for the 17.5-hour posts are to be confirmed.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute positively to South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships' public service delivery.
You will be part of a well-established minute-taking service. As an Administrative Assistant, you will liaise with colleagues and external agencies to arrange, coordinate, complete, and distribute minutes of meetings, including Child Protection, Adult Support, and Protection meetings. Most meetings are via Microsoft Teams, and you will record the meetings using approved templates, including the care plan for the service user. You will also update electronic systems, including the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership's Child Protection Register.
We welcome applications from individuals who are exceptional and driven, with excellent keyboard, oral, and written communication skills. Previous experience in minute-taking is desirable.
