We have an opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team based in East Kilbride Local Office, East Kilbride. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday - Thursday 08:45 - 16:45 and Friday 08:45 - 16:15.

You will be part of a successful, well-established administration service working in a fast-paced environment. As a Grade 1 Level 4 Clerical Assistant, you will liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to perform a range of clerical tasks, including minute-taking to support the Family Placement Team. Your duties will include data entry into our Social Work Case Management system, word processing, minute-taking, arranging meetings using Outlook, maintaining spreadsheets, answering calls, and other administrative tasks to support operational colleagues.
We welcome applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals with excellent IT, organizational, communication skills, and experience in minute-taking.
