A leading local authority is seeking a part-time Grade 1 Level 4 Clerical Assistant to provide essential administrative support in East Kilbride. We have an opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team based in East Kilbride Local Office, East Kilbride. This is a permanent part-time position working 17.5 hours per week, with hours from 08:45 to 16:45, Monday to Thursday, and 08:45 to 16:15 on Friday.
This role offers the chance to contribute positively towards South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships' public service delivery.

You will be part of a successful, well-established administration team working in a fast-paced environment. As a Grade 1 Level 4 Clerical Assistant, your duties will include liaising with colleagues and external agencies, undertaking clerical tasks such as minute-taking, data entry into our Social Work Case Management system, word processing, arranging meetings, maintaining spreadsheets, answering calls, and other administrative support tasks.
We welcome applications from enthusiastic, motivated individuals with excellent IT, organizational, communication skills, and experience in minute-taking.
