Shift Pattern: Working 7 days over 14, including every second weekend, with a rotation of early and back shifts (2 weeks early shift and 2 weeks back shift).

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support Home Carers in providing community support to vulnerable people. Responsibilities include scheduling and work allocation, requiring good IT skills and interest in IT programs.

The role involves commitment to quality service, working in accordance with a shift roster, and additional pay for unsocial hours.

South Lanarkshire Council offers training, including induction and ongoing development.

We value caring, patience, compassion, and adaptability. The role requires flexible evening and weekend hours.

The grade is Grade 2 Level 4 - £19.96 to £20.53 per hour, with additional increments for shift work, starting at approximately £20.53 or £21.13 per hour.
