Salary: £17,509 - £18,011 per year

We have an exciting opportunity for a hard working and enthusiastic professional to join our Occupational Therapy (Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment) team.

In this role, you will be working with people experiencing disability which affects their daily living activities and you will provide an assessment service to determine any needs, having visited individuals in either their home or other community setting as required.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have the ability to gather, select and analyse information to support your assessment decisions and you will be able to identify the underlying cause of any functional difficulty.

This will require you to provide equipment and/or adaptations as a direct solution to the need or refer onto other statutory or voluntary services.

You should have the ability to work autonomously and to tight timescales and be able demonstrate responsibility for your own learning needs.

You should have an HNC in Occupational Therapy Support or be willing to work towards gaining this qualification.

Supervision and peer support will be provided regularly.
