Job summary
Are you a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Newborn Hearing Screening Site Lead to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the best possible start for newborns and their families. As a site lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the newborn hearing screening programme across our South West London sites and The Portland Hospital. You will provide leadership and support to a team of screeners, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with national screening protocols, and excellent family-centred care.
The post holder will assist the SWL NHSP Programme Lead with clinical and operational service delivery of the Newborn Hearing Screening Programme in South West London and The Portland Hospital.
