Job description

Job Role and Responsibilities

The role involves answering the majority of incoming calls to the hospital, ensuring they are directed to the correct persons or departments. You will also manage emergency phones and alarms.

Work is based on a 6-week rota, which includes lone working and weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Customer care and answering calls
  2. Operating DECT phones
  3. Handing out keys
  4. Being the first point of contact for hospital, clinic, or ward inquiries
  5. Operating switchboard equipment and handling emergency calls
Essential Skills and Qualifications

Good telephone manner, IT literacy, and excellent communication skills are required.
