A prominent healthcare provider in Nottingham seeks a Switchboard Operator to manage inquiries and assist both public and staff. This role requires excellent IT skills and the ability to handle up to 100 calls per hour. You will work under pressure in a supportive team environment. Comprehensive training is provided. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Estates and Facilities team as a Switchboard Operator.
This role is mainly based at the Queens Medical Centre; however, you will be required to work at the City Hospital from time to time.
The position is an Annualised hours contract of 1134 hours.
We are looking for someone with a flexible approach to work who is motivated to assist the public and staff with their daily enquiries. Ideally, you will have previous Switchboard/call centre experience; however, all training will be provided.
The post holder must have proficiency in IT skills.
