Switchboard Operator needed in St Asaph Paying £15.70 per hr Ref 365862

Full time on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a quality customer service to all members of the public.
2. Answer calls received at a centralised switchboard and, by use of prescriptive questioning, filter calls and direct callers to the relevant department or person promptly and effectively. Where suitable, advise and resolve at first point of contact.
3. Operate the switchboard fault reporting system in accordance with procedure and notify supervisor if any action is necessary.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate fluently in English and Welsh.
