Switchboard Operator needed in St Asaph Paying £15.70 per hr Ref 365862

Full time on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a quality customer service to all members of the public.
2. Answer calls received at a centralised switchboard and filter calls using prescriptive questioning, directing callers to the relevant department or person promptly and effectively.
3. Advise and resolve issues at the first point of contact where suitable.
4. Operate the switchboard fault reporting system in accordance with procedure and notify the supervisor if any action is necessary.
