Job Title: Switchboard Operator

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

As Switchboard Operator, you will ensure that all incoming calls are dealt with correctly and efficiently, and that all messages and enquiries are taken and passed on to the relevant persons.

A little bit about what you will be doing:

1. To answer all incoming calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner
2. To have a full working knowledge of the switchboard
3. To be able to communicate with guests, staff and customers both face-to-face and over the telephone
4. To be able to advise guests on all international, credit card and reverse charge calls and any other operator assisted calls
