We are seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our team, working to a 5 AA Red Star standard. If you're looking for a new challenge within the hospitality industry and want to be part of an established, passionate Front Office Team, this role is ideal for you.

The role will involve:

• Directing all internal and external calls on a busy switchboard
• Providing information on opening hours, offers, and hotel services
• Taking dining reservations for hotel outlets
• Assisting with room service orders from in-house guests
• Accurately recording and communicating messages

The essential criteria for this position:

• Courteous with a focus on high standards of customer service
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to plan ahead
• Ability to multitask, lead, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

The hours for this role are 32-40 hours per week.

Compensation: £12 per hour
