Reporting to the Customer Support Team lead, the Switch Application & Scripting Expert is responsible for offering advanced Enfocus Switch support and Node.JS scripting analysis for customers and partners worldwide, while also coordinating pre-release activities. The role is remote and this person can be located anywhere in Europe.

In this role, your main responsibilities will look like:

●Advanced Switch application support towards partners and customers including scripting analysis & recommendations.

●Active role in the prerelease programs (communication, coordination, and customer feedback evaluation).

●Investigate and reproduce escalated reported bugs & issues to pinpoint cause of origin, and work as a bridge between Support & R&D to streamline the resolution process.

●Debug customer & app creator Node.JS script with the solution architects & R&D to propose best practices & fixes.

●Define training needs for internal teams (R&D & aftercare).

●Provide advanced application and solution knowledge to the R&D teams, Product owners and product managers.

●Proactive follow-up of product developments and guard consistency and interoperability.

●Maintain service documentation (Knowledge Base).

●Assist worldwide Service with escalations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

●Expert Knowledge of Switch & Enfocus products.

●Node.JS Scripting knowledge is a must.

●Experience in training, support, QA or solution integrations.

●Good analytical thinking and advanced troubleshooting skills.

●Process & operations knowledge in the areas of printing is a plus.
