Swiss German speaking Call Agent based in the United Kingdom (Remote Workers for Morning/Afternoon Shifts), Birmingham

This is a remote position.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for Swiss German Market Research Interviewers. As a Market Research Interviewer, you will conduct opinion-based questionnaires and interviews on various subjects related to our projects. NO SALES are involved; we conduct confidential Market Research only.

Please note: We offer project-based freelance contracts.

Salary:

£12.21 per hour

Requirements:

• Fluent Swiss German speaker
• Excellent communication skills and highly motivated
• English communication skills suitable for team interaction
• Quiet work environment with no distractions or background noise
• Good keyboard skills
• Availability for flexible working hours
• Residence in the United Kingdom
• Valid work permit for non-EU members or evidence of settled status application for EU members
• UK bank account
• National Insurance Number
• Experience in a call centre (preferred, not required)
• GCSE or equivalent education
• Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts (16 hours) per week
