Surrey Swim School is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Swim Teachers to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about teaching swimming and can inspire our students to develop their skills in the water.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality swimming instruction to students of all ages and abilities.
2. Develop lesson plans and ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
3. Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback.
4. Maintain a clean and safe pool area.
5. Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and concerns.

Qualifications:

1. For Trainee Level: No prior experience necessary, but a passion for swimming is essential.
2. For Fully Qualified: Relevant swimming teaching qualifications (e.g., Swim England Level 1 or 2).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
