Job summary

Water Babies is seeking extraordinary people to join our family as part-time Water Babies teachers. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you’ll help babies and preschool children reach milestones while learning lifesaving skills.

You’ll work with a supportive team across Bromsgrove and Kidderminster, with flexible hours and a strong company culture that balances great work with a great life. Competitive pay and family-friendly policies are included.

Responsibilities

• Teach Water Babies Swim program to babies and preschool children.

About the role…

We’re looking for extraordinary people to become part of the Water Babies family and inspire our next generation of swimmers. You don’t need to have any previous experience either, training will be provided at every turn.

This role would be subject to successful completion of our world-class teacher training programme. The programme is unpaid and includes a 6-day residential course plus online tutored modules delivered by our amazing senior tutors, plus a supported elearning package and a schedule of mentored and assessed practical teaching with your local Water Babies team. We’ll be with you through every step of your journey.

We are looking for a 2 swimming teaches to teach our Swimvincible & Water Babies program in North Worcestershire to cover Bromsgrove & Kidderminster.

Hour will include:

• 16.00 – 18.00 Monday, Tuesday & Friday in Bromsgrove
• 16.00 – 17.30 Wednesday in Kidderminster
• 9.00 – 15.00 Saturday in Bromsgrove
