Water Babies Ltd is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Water Babies teachers. You don't need prior swimming teaching experience; full training is provided to help you deliver our baby and toddler swimming program. You must be able to work Sundays and have a full driving licence.

Roles involve delivering a safe, fun class that helps children reach their milestones and build confidence. We offer flexible locations, supportive team culture, ongoing training, and a rewarding role

Who you are…

Water Babies teachers come from a wide variety of career backgrounds, some have gone through the programme with their own baby, others were intrigued by our classes or advised to get in touch by friends or family. Full training will be provided but you must be able to work Sundays and have a full driving licence.

We’re made up of a large network of over 50 family-run franchise businesses which began in Yorkshire in 2002 and now teaches in excess of 50,000 babies a week across the globe.

About the role…

We’re looking for extraordinary people to become part of the Water Babies family and inspire our next generation of swimmers. You don’t need to have any previous experience either, training will be provided at every turn.

This role would be subject to successful completion of our world-class teacher training programme. The programme is unpaid and includes an 8-day residential course delivered by our amazing senior tutors, plus a supported online learning package and a schedule of mentored and assessed practical teaching with your local Water Babies team. We’ll be with you through every step of your journey.

Wednesday and Sunday Mornings. Approximately 4-6 hours.
