A passion for swimming instruction, safety, and excellent customer service is essential, with UKCC Level 2 required and Lifesaving qualifications preferred. Training and career development are available within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum UKCC Level 2 teaching qualification.
• Lifesaving qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC preferred).
• Passion for teaching swimming and good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise swimming lessons for various ages.
• Deliver engaging class programming and maintain safety.
• Support student progression through development stages.
