Job summary

Places Leisure Group is seeking a motivated Swimming Teacher to inspire students and deliver engaging classes in a friendly, community-focused environment. You will teach groups and one-to-one sessions, following the National Plan for Teaching Swimming and applying strong instructional skills.

The role offers ongoing training, support to achieve NPLQ/NRASTC, and a comprehensive benefits package including Health & Fitness membership and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum UKCC Level 2 required or in progress.
• Lifesaving qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach groups and one-to-one swimming sessions.
• Deliver engaging lessons following the National Plan for Teaching Swimming.
• Inspire students, build trust and motivate progression.
• Support learners to reach their potential with best-practice teaching.
