Places Leisure, part of Places for People Group, is hiring a Swimming Teacher to plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with NGB guidelines and schemes of work. You'll use the Digital Register to record attendance, support participants to develop skills, supervise assistants, and report concerns to management.

A UKCC Level 2 qualification and the ability to maintain ongoing training are essential. This casual, on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package including real living wage

Qualifications

• Plan swimming lessons in line with NGB guidelines.
• Deliver structured lessons or coaching sessions using lesson plans and schemes of work.
• Assess participant ability and record attendance or progress.
• Maintain the training and qualifications required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality swimming lessons.
• Use the Digital Register to record attendance and assess participants.
• Supervise Sport Helpers or Assistants when required.
• Report concerns or anomalies to management.
