Join swim! – The UK’s leading premium Learn to Swim brand! We are looking for engaging and inspiring individuals to work as Swimming Teachers across centres in the UK.

Your primary role will be to plan, deliver, and review high-quality, themed, fun, and safe learn-to-swim lessons for children aged 3-11, ensuring excellent customer experience and the use of premium facilities. You will help change lives by giving every child the opportunity to learn to swim.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons both in and out of the water, using technology to support and engage customers, and working as part of a team to provide a premium experience. You will also be involved in customer engagement, attending training and team meetings to share best practices.

This role involves weekday evening and weekend hours, with lessons scheduled from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekends.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, inspiring lessons to children aged 3-11, from non-swimmers to competent swimmers, using swim! resources.
• Provide exceptional customer care to swimmers and their families.
• Assess swimmers regularly using an online tracking system, following our awards process and celebrating progress.
• Show customers around the centre, promote memberships, and attend team meetings to share best practices.
• Support venue operations by delivering lifeguard duties and assisting the team as needed (training provided).
