Trafford Leisure is seeking a qualified Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher to join the Stretford Leisure Centre's thriving swim programme on weekend mornings.
You'll deliver structured lessons for children and adults, assess progress, and support learners to achieve awards within the Swim England Learn to Swim framework, in a supportive aquatics team at Trafford. A stable weekend role with opportunities to take additional hours.
Location: Stretford Leisure Centre
Hours: Saturday mornings, 8:30am – 1pm or 9am – 1pm
We’re looking for a qualified Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher to join our well-established and thriving swim programme at Stretford Leisure Centre.
As part of a supportive and experienced aquatics team, you’ll help children and adults develop confidence in the water, learn an essential life skill, and achieve their swimming goals through the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher looking for consistent weekend hours, with the potential to pick up additional teaching hours across Trafford Leisure as opportunities arise.

The Role
As a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher, you’ll deliver safe, engaging and inclusive swimming lessons for children and adults, creating positive experiences that help swimmers progress and thrive.
You’ll play an important role in developing swimmers’ confidence, technique and enjoyment of the water, while helping to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for participants and their families.
