Requirements include a minimum of UKCC Level 2 qualification, with a Lifesaving Qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC) advantageous. We offer ongoing training and development, supporting you in achieving these qualifications if you do not already hold them.

This role is a stepping stone to various career paths within Places Leisure, including roles like Swimming Co-ordinator or Contract Swimming Development Manager. We provide continuous training, customer service enhancement, and other development opportunities.
