• Hold a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2.
• Possess or are willing to obtain RLSS UK NPLQ or NRASTC qualifications.

You’ll be entrusted to:

1. Plan and deliver lessons tailored to each swimmer's needs
2. Ensure the safe use and provision of all equipment
3. Maintain safety standards in every lesson
4. Identify participants' abilities and encourage their potential
5. Explain and demonstrate swimming techniques
6. Correct faults and suggest performance improvements

You’ll be a great fit if you...

• Hold a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2
• Are a strong swimmer
• Possess or are willing to obtain RLSS UK NPLQ or NRASTC, or STA Safety qualifications (training provided free of charge)

• Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy engaging with people of all ages and backgrounds
