Swimming Pool Manager
April - October 25
£600/week plus FREE accommodation

Location: Northamptonshire

I have an immediate opportunity for a swimming pool manager to manage an outdoor pool working at a well-established and popular holiday park in rural Northamptonshire. We are looking for a candidate who has managed a swimming pool, who is NPLQ qualified and who ideally has a pool plant qualification. The position is immediately available with one- or two-bedroom accommodation available on the park at no cost to the successful candidate. You will be offered a 40 hr contract paying £14.50/hr with the potential for additional hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and running the day-to-day operation of the outdoor leisure swimming pool.
• Managing weekly staff rotas and managing the team ensuring all duties are adhered to.
• Ensuring levels of hygiene in the swimming pool area, surrounds and plant rooms are maintained.
• Maintaining and enhancing the leisure offering, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.
• Ensuring that compliance records are kept in line with company Health and Safety Policy.
