Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor to join our Stoke Fitness and Wellbeing Gym. You will deliver safe, effective swimming instruction for customers and work to help people learn, improve and enjoy swimming.

The role requires an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, a proven coaching track record and the ability to meet targets while collaborating with staff to enhance teaching programmes. This is an ad-hoc, bank-style position with no fixed hours.

Qualifications

• Needs ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• Experience in achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve teaching programmes.

As a Swim Instructor at our Stoke Fitness and Wellbeing Gym

, you'll need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, together with a good track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. Plus, you have experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programmes.
